The Brief

This has been a big year for the South African owners of Fego, who have been busy expanding and rebranding their chain of neighbourhood restaurants in London and the Home Counties. They had a stylish new brand ID and sharp, contemporary interiors under construction at their launch sites in Sevenoaks and Banstead. Now they wanted to bring their menus and website in line with this slicker look and feel.

Our Approach

We sat down with Fego’s executive chef to talk about his aims for the new offering. Together, we cut the existing breakfast, lunch and dinner menus to a size and format that was more approachable to diners (and more achievable for the kitchen!) but retained Fego’s signature dishes. We whisked that away and turned it into a stack of print-ready menus and drinks lists in time for their soft launch. We then moved on to create warm but straight-talking copy for the website, and packaged all this up in a Tone of Voice document for the marketing team to use in house.

What We Delivered

Fego have launched their restaurants in Banstead and Sevenoaks, and we’re now working on a post-launch content strategy to market them.
