Rosa’s Thai Cafe

2017

The Brief

The team at Rosa’s Thai Cafe came to us looking to increase awareness of the brand in a crowded market, and bring their website up to speed with their expansion plans. Their market research showed that 75% of visits to the website came from new customers, so it was essential to make a good first impression, but also that their traffic was lower than any of their competitors.

Our Approach

Market research showed that customers weren’t aware of the Rosa’s story, so we drafted web content that focused on its Thai heritage, emphasising the grassroots authenticity of the brand. We also worked with the owner, Saiphin, to create a portfolio of online recipes that would become a fixture for Thai food lovers.

What We Delivered

The Rosa’s research also showed that the shopfront and POS material wasn’t drawing in passing custom, and that the menus needed to be refreshed. 2Forks helped the Rosa’s team develop new menus to better emphasis the authenticity of the brand, templated a new format and content for the regular newsletters, and produced new POS copy for the walls, bathrooms, windows and outdoor A-boards in the restaurants themselves.
